Productive to the point of dissolution of reality.

But I'm thinking of whether or not I should bother with the amount of smudging I do to turn it into a smoother looking piece, as to whether it's worthwhile or not. In other words, I'll probably stop doing it for most things I draw, unless I think it's worth it.
